Guest Ratings & Reviews
I must say this hotel is a mixed bag of surprises. The lack of air conditioning in the middle of summer made it quite a challenge, but the open windows offered a lovely view despite the low ceiling. The service, however, was marvellous, and the staff was always prompt to help with any request.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, in the historic center of Oxford. The service was marvellous, and the staff was prompt to help with any request. The location is perfect, right on a small alley close to everything you need, from food to attractions. The dining was included, which was a nice touch, and if you're craving juicy burgers, you're in luck. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room considerations to keep in mind.
I stayed at this hotel which had its pros and cons. It's located right in the heart of the city, close to everything, and next to some lovely unique shops. The rooms lacked air conditioning in the middle of summer, had no television, and the ceiling was low with windows that couldn't be opened. The service was marvellous and prompt to help with any request. The dining included seasonal vegetables, but the facilities left something to be desired.
